The website is intended to be hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. When the website is accessed, technically necessary information such as the IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser type and operating system may be processed in server log files. This processing serves the secure, stable and error-free provision of the website on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

According to STRATO, IP addresses are retained for a maximum of seven days to detect and prevent attacks. Where STRATO processes data on our behalf, processing is contractually regulated in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

3. Contact and contact form

The contact form does not transmit data to a website server. When you submit it, a message to IDASWIND is prepared in your local email application. We process your details only after you send that message.

Where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR applies. In other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in efficient communication under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete enquiries when their purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligation prevents deletion.

4. LinkedIn content and external links

The homepage shows a server-side updated preview of publicly available posts from our LinkedIn company profile. Our web server retrieves and caches the post data at regular intervals. Preview images are also delivered through our web server. Simply visiting our website therefore does not establish a direct connection from your browser to LinkedIn.

If you open a post or our company profile, you leave this website. The respective platform operator is responsible for subsequent processing on LinkedIn. The preview is displayed on the basis of our legitimate interest in up-to-date corporate communications under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

5. Cookies, analytics and third-party content

This website does not set cookies in its current configuration and does not use analytics or marketing services or externally loaded web fonts. Apart from the server-side LinkedIn preview described in section 4, no social-media widgets are embedded. If further services are added, this privacy policy and, where required, the consent management will be updated before those services are activated.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
